Tanith is the lead therapist at TLC-Spa and offers diagnostic and therapeutic reflexology, a broad range of massages ranging from a panel beating massage for deep muscular healing, to a gentle relaxing massage. Her Ozone Steam Sauna treatments have helped numerous clients boost the immune system while detoxing the body, amongst many other benefits.

At the Studio Tanith teaches various forms of Yoga which includes Hatha Yoga to revitalize energy through Yoga postures called asana, Yin Yoga which promotes slowing down in a fast paced life, Vinyasa Yoga promoting meditation & strength through the flow of movement, and Senior Stretches to promote and maintain an active lifestyle.

Tanith also offer mindfulness discussions and development circles for enhancing a healthy alignment between mind, body, and soul.

Massage, Self defense, Fitness

with WESSEL

Wessel is a massage therapist at TLC and offers deep healing massages and relaxing foot rubs, especially for our local runners.

At the Studio Wessel offers a fun mixture of martial arts solely focused on practical and effective self-defense through unarmed fighting as well as using every day implements such as knives, sticks, and stones as easy access self-defense weapons.

In his free time Wessel assists at the TLC – Aviary with the rescue and rehabilitation of our local injured wild birds.

Pilates

Pilates is the practice of mindful, functional movement for optimal mobility, stability, flexibility & strength.

This dynamic and low-impact workout focuses on core strength, alignment, and mind-body connection. It’s perfect for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced enthusiasts.

What is Burlesque?

It is a particular dance style that encourages women to reconnect to their senses, playfulness, heart & feminine spaciousness. It’s a great workout and invigorating space to reconnect with self and to be in Joy!

About TLC Studio & Spa

TLC – Studio & Health Spa was founded by Tanith Lentz in 2021.

The TLC Studio team offers, various styles of yoga and martial arts, as well as Pilates, nia, Burlesque dance, Qi-Gong and stretching.

TLC – Spa offers diagnostic and therapeutic reflexology, a broad range of massages ranging from a panel beating massage for deep muscular healing, to a gentle relaxing massage, and Ozone Steam Sauna treatments to boost the immune system while detoxing the body, amongst many other benefits.

TLC has also branched out to include a small rehabilitation center, looking after our wildlife. Our aim is to assist injured or young birds & animals, to rehabilitate then to release.
